Is there a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 14 day free trial at the end of a demonstration. Schedule your demo today for the 14 day trial of CBD:Cart. This is subject to available open trial spots.*

What happens after my trial?

Prior to starting your trial you will need to select a payment source. After your 14 day free trial you will have the option to pick a plan that best suites your use on CBD:Cart.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. there is a one-time $1500.00 setup fee with all of our plans. This includes the store on-boarding with one of our CBD:Cart experts that will show you the ropes!

How long are your contracts?

All CBD:Cart plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on annual plans and a 20% discount on biennial plans, when they are paid upfront. We have corporate and enterprise arrangements that our pricing team can assist with on a case-by-case basis. Contact Us for info.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No! If you ever decide that CBD:Cart isn’t the best ecommerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account. The beauty of our service is that you can cancel anytime you need to — no questions asked.

Are there any transaction fees?

Use CBD:Payments and pay no transaction fee. If you choose an external payment gateway, there will be additional fees of 2%, 1% or 0.5% for our Basic CBD:Cart, Standard CBD:Cart, and Advanced CBD:Cart plans, respectively.

What is the transaction rate for CBD:Payments?

CBD:Payments is the simplest way to accept payments online. CBD:Payments eliminates the hassle of setting up a third-party payment provider or merchant account. CBD:Payments comes fully integrated with your store and includes a wide variety of functions that let you manage your entire business and financials in one place. CBD:Payments transaction rate is set at 4.25%.

Does CBD:Cart comes with Fraud Tools?

CBD:Cart’s built-in fraud analysis uses machine learning algorithms to help bring suspicious orders to your attention. You can investigate a suspicious order in several ways. If a transaction that is not authorized by a customer is referred to as fraudulent transaction. A fraudulent transaction can result in a chargeback, which can cause you to lose money, and ding you negatively on your merchant account.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can purchase a new domain name within CBD:Cart, or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a free mycbdcart.com domain name to all stores on sign up.

Is CBD:Cart PCI Compliant or PCI Certified?

Yes. CBD:Cart is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is tokenized and ultra secure.

Do I need an SSL certificate?

CBD:Cart stores come with Automated Certificate Management (ACM) for all plans. ACM handles all aspects of SSL/TLS certificates for custom domains; you no longer have to purchase certificates, or worry about their expiration or renewal. With ACM, the cumbersome and costly process of provisioning and managing SSL certificates is replaced with a simple experience that CBD:Cart handles for you.

What are your bandwidth fees?

There are none. All CBD:Cart plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.

Do I need a web host?

CBD:Cart includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans. You can also use the Buy Button to add ecommerce to any existing website.

What are Sales Channels?

CBD:Cart Advanced includes Sales Channels. CBD:Cart Advanced allows you to sell your products on different online sales channels. Sales channels represent the different online marketplaces where you sell your products. By connecting each sales channel to CBD:Cart, you can keep track of your products, orders, payouts and customers in one place.

Can CBD:Cart Acquire a Merchant Account for my Store?

CBD:Cart works with numerous processors and acquiring banks to allow for the acceptance of Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. Typically it takes 4-5 business days for a merchant account to be approved*.
